How it Works — At a Glance

The Program

  • Duration: Up to three months, as mutually agreed upon
  • Eligibility: Open to current professional-level members (including corporate members)
  • Goal-focused: Mentoring pairs work on a specific goal or career challenge to be addressed during your mentoring journey
  • Mentee-driven: Mentee must have clear goals and take responsibility for pursuing those objectives
  • Materials and Support: Resources are provided throughout the program to help you navigate your mentoring journey

Enrollment Steps

  1. Update your member profile
  2. Complete the eight-question online enrollment form
  3. Conduct a search for matches in the WISE Within directory
  4. When a match is located, send a request to your potential mentoring partner
  5. When your request is accepted, your mentoring journey begins
